These terms apply when you use shovelsnowsports.com or buy goods from Shovel Snowsports. Please read them before ordering. They do not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Using the website
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts the service, or infringe our or another person’s rights.
Products and descriptions
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours may vary according to lighting and screen settings. Measurements and weights are approximate unless stated otherwise. Product availability may change without notice.
Orders and the contract
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. You will receive an acknowledgement, but a binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch, unless we tell you otherwise. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example because an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, an error is identified, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If payment has been taken, it will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and include applicable UK taxes where required. Delivery charges are shown before checkout. We may correct genuine pricing errors. Payment is handled by the payment methods offered at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimates are provided at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy. We aim to deliver within the stated estimate and, unless otherwise agreed, within 30 days. Events outside our reasonable control may cause delay; we will contact you where appropriate.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Refund Policy. For most online purchases, UK consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after delivery. We also offer an eligible 30-day return period. Exceptions may apply to personalised and certain sealed hygiene-sensitive goods.
Faulty goods
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If goods are faulty or misdescribed, you may have statutory rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Contact us so we can help.
Promotions and discount codes
Promotions may have additional terms. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with another offer or applied retrospectively. We may withdraw a promotion where necessary, but this will not affect completed eligible orders.
Intellectual property
The website and its content—including Shovel branding, designs, graphics, photographs, videos and text—belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without permission.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by consumers.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
