Shovel Snowsports Returns Policy
We want you to love your Shovel Snowsports gear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
- To start a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/card provider).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
Exchanges
- We’re happy to offer exchanges if you’d like a different size, style, or colour (subject to availability).
- To arrange an exchange, please contact us before returning your item so we can hold the replacement.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including postage costs.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., face masks, base layers, or custom items) cannot be returned unless faulty.
