Order processing

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within one working day. Processing may take longer during launches, sales, public holidays or unusually busy periods. You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched where tracking is available.

Delivery options and prices

Available services, current prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order. UK standard delivery is currently available from £4.95, with free standard delivery available on qualifying orders where shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If we cannot deliver within 30 days, or within another period agreed with you, we will contact you and explain your options.

UK delivery

UK orders are sent using the service selected or shown at checkout. Please make sure the delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer, although we will try to help resolve the issue.

International delivery

International delivery is available only to destinations shown at checkout. International customers may be responsible for local import duties, taxes and customs fees that are not collected by us at checkout unless expressly stated. Customs processing can delay delivery.

Tracking, delays and lost parcels

If tracking shows an unexpected delay, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated period, email info@shovelsnowsports.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and keep you informed.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item and contact us promptly. This helps us investigate with the delivery provider and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Risk and ownership

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you nominated to receive them. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
